What we collect
Your name and email address when you sign in; what you type, say, and upload in the app; and usage and error data from your browser or device.
How we use it
To run the service, answer your questions, keep the app working, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Tubano runs on Clerk, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Sentry, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Modal, and Resend. They process your data only on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and conversations while your account is active. Email support@tubano.dev to see or delete your data; we delete it within 30 days.
